Rated 1 out of 5 by from Buggy and Difficult to Correct Errors Software crashed multiple times trying to process an "&" used on a form from my bank. Took me over an hour to locate the source of the problem in my return and correct it. Could not find how to get IT support instead of tax help. Very disappointed that all the software could seem to do smoothly was show me advertisements for upgraded services. I've used TurboTax for over ten years, and this is probably the last!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy to use The website layout makes it so simple to navigate, and the questions are straightforward with little info buttons to click if you need more clarification. It's easy to go back if you find you've clicked the wrong option after all, and having never done my own taxes this was very user friendly to make sure I got the right info accounted for.
