Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is a great way to prepare tax returns. I have prepared my own tax returns every year since 1967. So I know what it is like to prepare them by hand on all of the IRS forms. Turbo Tax makes tax preparation so much easier. In addition, the legal changes are brought forward so i don't have to study the changes myself. Tax preparation has gotten much more complicated since 1967. Turbo Tax has made the process much easier. However, I would like more text that explains the process in more detail.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I do like it! This makes it very easy to do your taxes. It remembers what you did before, so you can see the changes and what needs to be added. The wording is simple and easy to understand. Everything is a step-by-step process. The more you use it, the easier it gets. The only drawback is it pushes the premium services quite a bit.

There was bugs with the stocks portion for premier... i didn't like how there was an error and that turbo tax would round my wash loss sale from anything less than .49 down to 0 and then call it an error then i have to manually go back to figure it out. this should be done for us already by the code. also turbo tax had awful customer service with not understanding my problem of the license code and going from online to the desktop version as well as not having the knowledge to solve why my tax refunds was different for the online version where i was getting a state refund vs my desktop version where i was owing money. took my a day to find out that it was due to the federal section not being right but that should also be flagged as a warning where i might have filled it out wrong

I pity everyone who was affected by the pandemic that had to file with you. I told myself I wasn't going to use Turbo Tax this year, but I HAD to and I regretted every second of it.
