They take you straight from entering data to a finished form and skip over all the summary and subtractions that I have agonized over for years.

It's an easy process and they make it hard to mess up. 2021 was the first time I even needed the Live Help option and that was because I messed something up myself. As long as Turbo Tax is around it's my choice to file.
