Rated 5 out of 5 by from So Incredibly Easy! Very well organized. Entering data was a breeze. I got kicked off a few times during my session and had to log back in, but was able to pick up where I'd left off. I assume this is a safety feature, so it really wasn't a problem.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Took forever. It took me over an hour to file my federal return. Simple return this year. Should have taken 10 minutes. Most of the time was spent looking at a white screen. I've used Turbo tax for many years, and chose to pay $40 this year for the convenience. In the hour that I wasted, I could have tracked down someone's free file, started form scratch and saved $40.
