Rated 5 out of 5 by from Still a Winner! I've used Turbo Tax for decades. It seems to get a bit more confusing as I get older but perhaps it's just me. The program froze at one point this year so I asked to have someone call me. They did, but by that time the program had logged me out. When I logged back in everything was fine. So, I ended up not needing their help. My return is pretty simple yet I don't qualify for a lower priced product. I wish they would outline their product costs up front so you know what you're getting yourself into beforehand. All-in-all, however, my return was completed pretty painlessly, paid for, and e-filed very quickly. Overall, highly recommended!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Tricked me into using premium I said no to every upgrade the whole time, then when I got to the end, it said I *had* chosen premium, and charged me an extra $50. All in all, it halved my federal refund. At least I could pay for it through my refund because I have no money in my bank. I am doing my taxes this early so I don't go broke. I have always used turbotax and never been tricked or charged this much for my taxes. Will reconsider who I file with next year.
