Rated 1 out of 5 by from Im so disappointed with turbo tax i was on the check out screen i was going to pay for TurboTax before march i was saving $80 i went to find my debit card and came back and because it hit 12pm i got signed off the order page to be forced to go back to the order page to pay everything with out the discounts plus to pay way more if you wanna spend hundreds of dollars to try to file taxes use turbo tax

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Super glitchy this year Kept redirecting me to fill out forms I don't have nor ever received and could not delete them from my return. No help was available online and i wasn't willing to pay twice as much for my simple return just to have someone say, "its a glitch, let me delete that for you". It was super frustrating. Also kept rerouting me to back to my federal income forms and having me reenter my income that was already imported and doubling what I made for the year. Had to fix that a couple times. Oh, and it imported my federal tax refund amount from 2019 as my state tax refund amount. I had to try to fix that multiple times before zeroing it out and manually entering the correct information - THAT THEY HAVE IN THE SYSTEM FROM MY 2019 TAX RETURN. This return took much longer than it should have because of the glitches and inaccurate transfer of information. Probably would have been cheaper and faster to have it done by an actual tax professional. SMH

I turned 21 years old this January and must have checked something that I shouldn't have because last year I could file no problem but now I'm being forced to pay to be able to use this site. It doesn't tell me why but I'm being charged just shy of 85% of what I'm getting from state, and another 150$ or something for filing as a whole on this program this is ran on doesn't even show me what or why. I can't just go back and see what's causing my issue unless I was to trouble shoot all of everything I submitted by myself to figure out why. Don't have the patience for that, I just need my taxes done

This year when I finished, Turbotax reported that two of my forms were not yet available to fill out and that they would only be ready after February 28. When they became available, they did not alert me by email (though requested) and the price for filing went up $30. That is very bad form. It's the first year, I have been disgruntled enough to think about shifting to a different way of filing taxes in future.
