Rated 1 out of 5 by from Poorly done I deleted items in my college loans section and updated the interest I paid in others. When "reviewing" my forms, it made me update my interest again. I noticed my refund amount went up, so I checked, and it had undeleted my items, and added my interest updates to those. Completely inaccurate.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not happy with this process this year. Your system wouldn't let me make corrections to errors that where found in the end process before filing. Then it wouldn't let me e-file. I just printed it out to mail instead of e-filing. what a pain. I didn't feel like I got my monies worth this time.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from It sucked! I tried to use the free filing, but I did it the $40 way. Then I hit submit and it wouldn't let me get past without paying for the deluxe. After all was said and done, I'm paying $200 to file. Another 250 for Illinois State... I'm only getting back 200 from Ohio... I almost lost more than I am getting back!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The Best Tax Preparation in the USA!!! I had a few snags in my return that were my own fault and after spending an hour on the phone with Dorcia, we figured out the issue: my fault for not reading carefully. My taxes are finally done during these trying times.
