Rated 1 out of 5 by from Don’t waste your money! When finishing up my taxes, it recommended me upgrading to the deluxe version to get my full refund with certain deductions. I paid for the upgrade and didn’t get the extra deduction taken out. Tried to contact customer service and they were no help, I’m beyond mad I wasted $80 to not get the extra deduction on my refund. I will not be using Turbo Tax again!
