Rated 4 out of 5 by from Easy to use but expensive I have always really liked Turbo Tax, I am disappointed in the package I was required to get to file this year. I would rather work with someone local if I am going to be paying the same fees as the charge.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from This year the site has been glitchy First when I did my taxes fields would say they were not visited and they had been. I would have to go back to them several times. This had me so leary I almost went to another site to do my taxes. I didn't I stuck with it and even had to start over completely because it glitched so bad I was afraid to send them. Then I find out weeks later both my State of Ky and Va rejected due to the site's issue. I paid for this file I feel I should be refunded those fees at least after all this trouble. I then go to fix my Ky after I find out another week later from VA and the site is so glitchy that I barely get in to get it fixed. I work in IT so I know it wasn't on my end. I can tell that the site is having some major issues.
