Rated 3 out of 5 by from Makes it easy, but watch close for your return This software is easy to use, but I didn't get my return last year even though Turbo Tax said it was received. Now I'm locked in a long conversation trying to get in touch with the IRS and asking them to start a fraud investigation. I should have that return around 2050.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from New Turbo Tax interface is awful This is not intuitive, the wrong information was put into boxes when using the camera feature. Instructions were not clear. The previous versions were much easier to use. Very, Very Frustrating.

I kept receiving an error every time i was trying to pay that said "error we are experiencing difficulty processing your billing Information, please contact a representative. Nobody new how to fix it until the last person who helped me. It took me 5 people to finally reach someone who could actually help me; which only took less than 5 minutes. I had 2 people hang up on me and 1 person who said they would call back and never did. Worst tax filing experience ever.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I love Turbo Tax This is my 5th year using Turbo Tax and it just gets better with each passing year. The information they pull from my prior tax year really saves a lot of time, Tarbo Tax makes doing my taxes a breeze. Awesome product.
