Rated 2 out of 5 by from Surprise charges were awful When I was about to file and had to repay tax credits for ACA I suddenly had to pay an extra 59$ for federal and 49$ for state (even though it doesn't affect state taxes) when I had already purchased the Plus edition. It seems unfair for something that wasn't complicated at all, is a routine common thing, and was a surprise to have extra charges.

AS A MIDDLE AGED {MIDDLE OF MY SIXTIES} GUY WHO DOES`NT REALLY DO MUCH WITH CELL PHONES OR COMPUTERS TURBO TAX IS THE EASIEST PROGRAM I HAVE EXPERIENCED TO NAVIGATE OUR TAXES. THEY ASK EVERY POSSIBLE OPTION YOU CAN THINK OF AND THEN SOME. THANKS GUYS. SEE YOU NEXT YEAR !

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Couldn't transfer my Quickbooks account over Awful!!! Cannot believe I paid for quickbooks and turbo tax and not have two accounts talk to each other. This was a complete nightmare.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from turbo tax is terrible alot of errors with the step by step process that requires us to manually enter values into the worksheets to get it to work. this is terrible. as a turbotax customer for the last 15 years, i will no longer accept this poor quality. i am going to switch to the manual or another system next year.
