Rated 4 out of 5 by from Switched from H&R Block to Turbo Tax I switched from H&R Block to Turbo Tax after buying a rental property. Learning the new language if you will, was a little frustrating. While the questions went into more depth than that with H&R Block and this is a good thing, I found it more difficult to navigate back to another section of my return. With Turbo Tax I felt a little uneasy that perhaps something was being missed by the format and menu system of Turbo Tax, advantage here goes to H&R block. I'm happy I switched I think, perhaps I would have been fine with H&R Block with a rental property, the only way I would know is to go back. While Turbo Tax is a good product, and comes out on top in reviews, for the extra price I paid for Turbo tax, I'm not sure the value was that much better. I will review again in a year and see if the second year with Turbo Tax is in any way more helpful than this year. Like but not in love at this point.

She was very professional, courtesy, and patience with me to understand the problem I was having with the Turbo Tax Deluxe program I was using. Bottom line up front, Yvonne help me resolve my discrepancies with my mortgage interest in a satisfactory manner. I was "Well Please" with the final results. I will share that it save me over $400 in tax credits. Yes, I intends to be a returning customer next year.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from I'm sad I have to purchase for each family member! I LOVE using Turbo Tax, and have been doing my taxes for 15 years on my own- with Turbo Tax. But this year, instead of buying ONE product on CD... I have to buy it for me and for each of my sons... :-( Sad. Not a savings like I had always counted on. We only paid for the filing separately.
