Rated 1 out of 5 by from Extremely Disappointed in the Decline of Service I have been using TurboTax for more than 10 years, but do not think I will be continuing after this tax season. There is little explanation as to why you need to review items at the prior to filing. This is frustrating because the information is coming directly from official w-2s. Having no tax experience, how are you supposed to know what is missing and if it is important enough to trigger a red flag on your return? For the price you pay... you get no support. They want you to keep paying more and more money but take out the tax support and add services you don't need.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from very easy to do one thing i would recommend is to have a copy of your previous tax return on hand, it will help you if it is your first time using Turbo Tax.. overall it was pretty easy to do my taxes online for the first time by myself. two thumbs up
