Rated 1 out of 5 by from TurboTax used to be good but now it sucks. This is my last time using TurboTax. It costs the same as if I were to go to H&R block and have someone do my taxes for me except I get way less of a refund than when I went to H&R block. This used to be such a cheap service, it used to only cost $40 and now its over $200. You have lost me as a customer for good this time, it is not worth it anymore.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Solid as usual, but... I've been using TT for over ten years and it is solid as usual. My annual comment is that there is not enough explanation provided for Investment Income section. It continuously asked me about a Farm Property this year. I don't own one and have no idea what TT was looking at to make them ask the question. It would be nice if it id'd which particular investment it thought warranted the question.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Quick, Fast. Easy!! First let me say that I've been filing taxes since 1974. Once thing I've learned is to have all your tax documents before you start. With that said, TT makes it so easy to move from one year to the next. It prompts you for items that you may have forgotten about or overlooked. The e-file is great. I've used TT for the last 20 years or so, and have only had one legitimate inquiry from the IRS. I've filed amended returns as well. I've transitioned from the basic software to include business and back to a less expensive version, all with great quality!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax review Turbo Tax is petty straight forward but as an individual running a business, you need to add a comment that the filer needs to separate their expenses by clicking on the add +. I thought I had to combine everything. Also, under expenses, when you click on help, you need to add more of what is deductible and was is not. I felt I missed out on some deductions.
