Rated 4 out of 5 by from turbo tax figured everything out I spoke to 4 agents today, the last was Larry, and he was awesome Things that were confusing to me, and sometimes him, when I entered information incorrectly he kept after it until he figured it out he deserves a raise! A BIG ONE Earlier in the day I chatted with Kendra i believe, and she should be fired!! I would type in a question and it would take her up to 10 minutes to respond and then the would quote some part of the tax code NOT helpful at all and a complete waste of my time. the 5 star rating below is only for Larry!!

Whenever you find the time--late night, Sunday afternoon, an off-day from work--you can knock out all or part of your filing. If you don't get it finished, it is waiting for you to comeback. Have doubts about your entries? You can go back and re enter data easily. No trying to fit an appointment in a busy schedule, no cranky tax accountants whose credentials you question, no realizing that you will have to do it all over again because you have forgotten some critical paperwork. Oh, did I mention that it is a fraction of the cost of those tax preparation services?
