Rated 2 out of 5 by from Feel like I got scared by the online version. Very disappointed in the online version. I bought the download form Staples for 59 and it wouldn't load on my Mac. Not Turbo Tax problem, but I had to use the online version and ended up paying over 100 for federal and 59 for state. I fully believe that It my taxes could have been done on the Deluxe level

Last year, I decided to use a private accountant, thinking that my situation had gotten too complicated for me to handle on my own. Huge mistake. The accountant, though well reviewed and three times the cost of TurboTax, made multiple errors which weren't caught until the IRS audited us. Not a fun or reassuring experience. This year, I happily came back to TurboTax, used their Live Assisted Premium service and was extremely impressed with the level of support and overall ease of use. I feel fully confident in the quality of my tax preparation, and I have the TurboTax guarantee to back me up. Even though I have a complicated tax situation, I'll be a TurboTax user forever!
