Rated 5 out of 5 by from Made Taxes much more bearable The explanations were easy to understand and in plain language. The FORMS view was very helpful if you are used to doing your own taxes. Hardest part was making sure data entry was correct and knowing which forms you should print/save to keep. LASTLY, BE SURE if you are filing Jointly, that whichever of you had their Name FIRST in the Past, that you enter that person first, even if you are "Person2" and actually doing the taxes! IRS may have problem if you don't have both joint parties IN SAME ORDER as you did on PAST tax returns. You CAN SWITCH it, but then you have to re-type a lot of info! ***Lastly be sure to use the Tax-Help- the gentleman that helped me early on a Sun. AM was very experience tax Elder and very pleasant!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Extra Charge from TurboTax I actually bought TurboTax Deluxe at Sam's Club for $47.88. I usually do this b/c it's a little cheaper. This year when I entered "installturbotax.com" on my computer it never prompted me to enter the license code. I filed my taxes as normal, but then TurboTax wouldn't deduct what needed to be without forcing me to upgrade to Premium edition--this was $119. At the end of the filing process, an option was finally given to enter the license code. I did, and the screen showed a message that the code was accepted, but then TurboTax forced me to pay the $119 to file without taking off the money I had already paid to use the Deluxe edition I had previously purchased. There are not words I can type to vent my frustration and anger with TurboTax at the moment. I will find another method of filing my taxes next year.
