I'm a super busy individual that doesn't really have time to drive into an office, chit chat about the weather, print off, or carry all of my documents into an office. It's just so much. Turbo tax made this process SO easy and pleasant. Their experts are knowledgable and professional and super easy to work with. If you have all your documents in order, this is the way to go!

I am NOT pleased that I have to pay a high dollar amount when millions file for free using free software and free services. I continue to use it for and pay for one reason - State income tax. After doing federal taxes, I pay an additional $24.99 for the state filing fee using TurboTax. This "one and done" feature is the ONLY reason that I remain loyal.
