This is my second year filing with Turbotax and this year i choose to pay the additional fees for the different extras of protection and live advice when needed was well worth the money they basically do the work for you.

There was a problem and I couldn't get any assistance to find out how to fix it. Not happy that it was free last year to but was charged $210 to file this year after I did all the work!
