Rated 1 out of 5 by from First time using app rather than website My first time using the downloadable version of the TurboTax application, rather than the web portal. My general impression is that the web portal is much more polished. The reason for my 1 star review though, is the fact it happily told me I had to pay $3k in taxes. I filled out a mock 1080 by hand to make sure this wasn't true and then had to dig around a little. Turns out that although it showed the child tax credit filled in, because I hadn't clicked to access that section, it just wasn't applying it? Ended up owing $300, but that was not fun for a while.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love Turbo Tax! I have used Turbo Tax for many years. I love how easy it is to do it on your own. Even when I needed help, it was easy to navigate with Robert my live agent. He was awesome and I really appreciate him staying with me the whole time to make sure there were no more problems.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Hard to Read I have used thje desktop versionTurbo Tax for a number of years so I am familiar with the format --questions, etc. --, but this year iI had trouble reading the displays. The fonts were much too small, and I had great difficulty reading the white words against the light blue background. Is there a way I could have corrected these shortcomings to accommodate my use of the product?

So much so that I seriously doubt I’ll use you again. If it was just Lisa I’d be back in a heart beat - but your Micky Mouse Forms and constant hustling are tedious and annoying. I suspect your spending far too much on trying to figure out how your perceived as doing; and far too little on simply doing it right.
