Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy and Quick Throughout using TurboTax, any item I didn't understand had an explanation attached to it. This made filing easy and definitely kept my stress down, especially with this being my first time filing without any help.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Easy Enough Had several issues trying to figure out what certain items were, esp when I pulled in accounts and software found issues. Staff was able to assist when called, though didn't always seem to understand the questions the tax form was asking for either.

I should get an email when there is an update. Then I could update it at my convenience, instead of having to wait when I want to use it.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Horrible I am no longer using turbotax because it has become user un friendly. I was trying to transmit my forms and it tried to tell me that my dates were not correct for sales tax when I lived in the state and I kept trying to put in the dates for the whole year and it kept saying that it was wrong. It took me over an hour just to get it to transmit and it was only a work sheet>. I will not use turbo tax next year.
