Rated 1 out of 5 by from PREMIER "LIVE" is ANYTHING BUT LIVE I am extremely disappointed with TurboTax this year. My first concern is that the system automatically sent me to Premier Live when I selected regular Premier for an additional cost of $75 if I remember correctly. Then, since I was "stuck" with the "LIVE" provision, I decided to use it today as I was ready to file my taxes today February 27, 2021 to get the "early bird discount". I selected the LIVE option, only to learn that the first available time to speak to a CPA was next Thursday, March 11, 2021. Ridiculous. I believe that I should be billed the at the regular Premier price and be given a refund from TurboTax for the difference
