I just go step by step reading each screen , reading articles , or having access to experts if I get stuck. I end up feel confident going through the whole process! Turbo Tax is always my go to!

Due to being military and living in VA while being a WI resident it always crashed itself every time I tried filing VA state. The link showing how to do anything never worked after trying it several times and several days. Useless and super unhelpful
