Rated 2 out of 5 by from Turbo tax live agents are so helpful This was my first year filming health insurance I paid for o I entered all of the information I had correctly but the system was not registering it. Eventually it let me go all the way through me I paid to file when the system Said I needed to correct some things. I was so over it because I just paid $70 to file federal and state. So I ended up paying to speak to a live expert which it charged me the full amount to speak to someone but she literally stayed on the phone with me until we figured it out and was very kind. So I’m not too upset because my problem was resolved. Just wish turbo tax would have charged me the difference of what I already paid and not the full amount.
