Rated 5 out of 5 by from SMOOTHEST TAX FILING I self prepared my taxes this year and it was SOOOOOO Smooth. TurboTax broke down every section and each section was user friendly . On top of how easy this was turbo tax made sure a Representative was with me every step of the way. I am extremely happy with how easy filing was this year and turbo tax made sure i got the most back. Ive gone to other companies and i cant say anything bad about the service i received but OVERALL turbotax is EASY, FAST and EFFICIENT ! I highly recommend everyone to use turbo tax!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I genuinely Love Turbo Tax The step by step explanation make it so easy to do your taxes on your own. If there's ever a bump in the road there's always a tax expert there to assist you when needed. This is my 6th year filing my taxes on my own with Turbo Tax and I will never go another route ! TurboTax has my heart. THANK YOU GUYS !!!!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love that I can be connected to an expert! TurboTax is a generally easy program to use, but sometimes there are some questions that are hard to answer. I asked for help and was connected to a representative in minutes who helped me with my question and then continued to help with other questions I did not even knew I had.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Simple, but pricey TurboTax used to be free, but if you want to include EVERYTHING you need to pay. Not only that, but you need to pay to file federal and state separately. THEN you need to pay to pay with your refund?! I used TurboTax for YEARS without having to pay and then they suddenly changed it, and that's sad. If they didn't make it so easy I would be using another service, however, if the price goes up any higher I'll be forced to switch.
