Rated 2 out of 5 by from Crashes and loses all your work This piece of garbage crashed and refused to open again after I put in my payment method to e-file. If I weren't a software engineer who knew how to find and delete the appropriate caches and temporary files, I would have needed to spend another 4 hours completely redoing everything from scratch. I can hardly express how livid I was when this piece of crap crashed at the last possible moment and seemingly lost hours of my work.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Normally Very Easy to Use Was able to finish a simple tax and a complex tax with ease. There was one problem that was there in 2019 and again 2020, under Schedule C expenses to deduct, the boxes to enter figures are flawed. The boxes don't work. When you enter figures they don't show up I had to enter them several times, which caused the figures to be inaccurate. Had to fiddle with these for some time to get them right. Would have caused my tax to be wrong,
