Rated 4 out of 5 by from Quit with the repetitious comments When I open the program, it says it will take just a moment, and then, trying to be clever, says "we realize it's more than a moment" or something close to that. Quit with the cleverness, please! And, when I decline to enter my name/address/etc. EVERY time I open the program, DO NOT tell me that the information is "mandatory." Since I can continue on with the program, it is obviously NOT mandatory. And, offer that option one time, not every time I use the program

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Worked well, hidden fees though Everything went smooth. Live agent was great! But the fees get to be a little much especially when advertising for free returns. I thought my return was as simple as it gets, well not simple enough. There is even a fee to have the fees taken out of your refund.
