Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo tax is awesome Ive always filed with H&R Block, this was my first time filing using Turbo Tax and it was the best experience Ive ever had filing taxes, so easy and FREE!! Wish i would have went with Turbo Tax years ago!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Narcy was patient and helpful I had trouble filling out my forms so asked to chat with an expert. Narcy came on in a few minutes and walked me through filling out a Social Security lump sum payment for back years. I wasn't able to share my screen with Chrome, but switched to Safari and we went though the details of my lump sums and how to report them correctly. She spend probably 20-30 minutes with me, was pleasant and patient while I figured out the technical issues with the browsers, and in the end my return was complete, correct, and ready to file.
