Rated 1 out of 5 by from California State Tax After completing the Federal Returns, every year when Turbo Tax completes the California returns, there are inconsistencies that I spend a lot of time to figure out. Also when looking for errors, there are errors created by Turbo Tax on State Returns that I need to try to figure out. I do not understand why Turbo Tax cannot these issues, or at least make it easier for the person preparing returns.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from it was a struggle but I finished It was a struggle this year with the odd situation of QBI for rentals on trust. Very helpful turbo tax telephone representatvies. First one stayed with me two hours trying to figure it out. The numbers were right but could not see the forms. The second representative, Chrystal, found the problem. Scroll down inside little scroll tab! So simple! But that took hours to find. We never did find it last year but I was determined this year. Looking to see better direction with turbo tax for odd situations. And better instruction on how to find and fix errors. The one small error was overlooked by me and you several times, this year and last. Finally found and fixed. Thank you

Rated 5 out of 5 by from 3rd year user My third time using this software, fairly easy to use, the imported data was very helpful and even better, accurate. so far so good, an saves a lot for my simple business where an accountant may charge $1500 or so to file the same form for me. Also, the first year i filed a 1099. It was also easy. Thanks guys!!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not helpful enough I purchased this software to try and take some of the stress and confusion out of the process, but I still found myself scrolling through forums and Google pages, and asking an AI to help me out. I expect to see step-by-step instructions available for every line item, but the assistive features seemed sparse for the price.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax for Business Federal is Great,GA St NO Turbo Tax for Business was Excellent. However the GA State version left a lot to be desired. It had many errors that could not be fixed, and would NOT allow electronic filing. The error I noticed was related to Total Income from Rental Properties and Georgia Source Income which was zero since all income was earned in FL. Also there are 4-partners in the LLC each with 25%re. Two partners show an incorrect Loss , while the remaining two partners show nothing.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from TurboTax Business works but could be improved TurboTax Business should the same download capability as TurboTax Premier from financial institutions. It should also have the capability to electronicky file both the Federal and State returns to be the best software available.
