Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great for return preparation This works great for return preparation, but you cannot e-file Form 7004 to extend your business return using this product. You must print out the extension and mail which is quite a hassle.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Poor phone rep assistance. Had to call Turbo Tax because there was a glitch on the Business program. Horrible experience with the rep. Sad her name was Diamond. Very poorly motivated and had terrible personality.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from turbo tax federal satisfactory Processing of Federal tax return work great, HOWEVER, the Colorado state tax return was not available and delayed twice before it could be processed. The form is straight forward, yet its delay caused later than desired filing.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from TurboTax Second Year The program was fine however it did not recognize my return from last year so I had to input everything manually. This is a huge waste of time. In addition, my building depreciation was not calculated and therefore not entered into my tax return. I had to go line by line in comparison with my return last year and ensure all the appropriate forms were filled. I was really disappointed. Last year, it was a breeze despite it being my first year of use and I was expecting this year to be even better with the importation of my previous return. Disappointed. Will give it one more year but if I have to manually input next year; I'm switching products.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from 5 Star Fed Rating, 1 Star State Rating Absolutely no issues filing the federal 1065. Very Easy But when I try to file the Kentucky PTE the software will not let me file electronically and I cannot figure out why. I have no overrides. So now I have to snail mail 60 pages.
