Rated 3 out of 5 by from Not bad but too expensive for my needs I currently have a "multi member LLC" - a business with my husband. We haven't been operating due to COVID but still have items that are depreciating and aren't ready to close out the business. I hate that I have to pay the full price when it is simply running the depreciation schedule. I feel like we would have cheaper options if it was a single owner LLC, but don't want to make this change to simply save money on Turbo Tax. I wish Turbo Tax considered the complexity involved and there were cheaper options. Also with there was a cheaper option when downloading directly from TurboTax. Its sad other retailers offer it cheaper.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from TurboTax is not Userfriendly and not reliable Too many problems created by TurboTax. Support is not efficient. By my estimate spent extra 8 hours to sort out issues. Still not all problems resolved and still cannot e-file Massachusetts Partnership

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax makes it easy for me to my own taxes. Turbo Tax enables me to do the taxes for my LLC. It is a huge money saver for a small company.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Quckbook import is terrible The import from quickbooks into turbotax business should make doing taxes a breeze. But instead I had to spend 3 days trying to figure out why the balance sheet didn't balance and the payroll numbers where also didn't match and no explanation why.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from CA Form 541 CA State Electronic Filing would not allow me to input 0% allocation to beneficiaries for a complex trust that retains all its earnings (and a blank K-1). This was not a simple software to follow. I ended up going to Data Entry to find out where I could make the changes because I could not find it in the recommended "Show Topic List"

Rated 1 out of 5 by from TURBO TAX GONE BAD THIS YEAR WAS A NIGHTMARE FILING. CHANGES TO THE SOFTWARE MADE IT MUCH MORE DIFFICULT TO COMPLETE THE ENTRIES. AFTER OVER 24 YEARS IT IS TIME TO CHANGE.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Long time user - now disappointed Disappointed in Intuit. I have been using QuickBooks and TurboTax for 20 years. This is the first year TurboTax does not support importing from an older desktop QuickBooks version and forces an upgrade. In the TurboTax advertising, product details, and purchase process that I looked at, this important fact was not disclosed. Failing to import came up about 8 screens into TurboTax's workflow after launch.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from WORST EXPERIENCE EVER Purchased Desktop CD direct from Turbo Tax, never shipped, never arrived, 3 long phone calls to customer service later I just went on Amazon to buy it because I was out of time. Description online and on the package says free 24/7 U.S. live support. I called for help with the program and was told I had to pay $30 for support, so I pay it. Then I am transferred to someone and am now told they don't support the 1120S. Now I had to request a refund for something I shouldn't have had to pay for. Never did get support.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from A waste of money and not helpful at all ! they ended up losing my files and could not E-File. So i went thru the process again and they still couldn't e-File so I ended up printing it and finding the address online
