Rated 2 out of 5 by from TT has gotten sloppy When the NYS e-filing was unavailable in late Feb and early March- there should have been messages in the SW to tell you to check website for updated filing readiness dates. I wasted a lot of time trying to figure out why I was getting errors. This is an easy fix and affected ALOT of people- just look in the community forum!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from TurboTax has serious issues but agent was awesome Multiple problems with Turbotax Business, and 3rd year recurring. Downloading MN state product did not work properly - too many related problems to list here - see agent notes for Case #1515924845. THIRD YEAR IN A ROW I'VE HAD TO SPEND HOURS IF NOT DAYS ON THE PHONE WITH TURBOTAX TO RESOLVE JUST THAT WHICH CAUSED ME TO MISS -EFILE DEADLINE IN PRIOR YEARS!!! Turbotax also wouldn't let me file MN state return electronically once we resolved that, saying it was due 1/17/23 when in fact it's not due till 3/15/23 - MAJOR headache that could affect my individual tax refund timing in a big way. Agent was extremely patient and collaborative and pulled in coworkers however, and said she's refunding my money for the state product (still need to confirm this was done) while still allowing me the use of it. WE also had major delays trying to screen share, and the normal Shift-Enter method never even worked. Plus Turbotax had transmission errors with the federal e-file twice. What next?? H&R Block here I come for Tax Year 2023!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax for Business - C Corporations 2022 Overall, very good. However, I get confused trying to complete reconciliations to match tax and book records. Maybe a clear instruction page at the beginning that discusses Revenue from Operations, Other Income, Interest Income, Gain/Loss on Sale of Assets, and whether Depreciation should be included in Operating Income from Operations.
