Rated 3 out of 5 by from I've been using Turbotax for many years. In recent years, there are glitches that cause the US dept. of revenue to amend my returns. This is very frustrating as I usually end up owing more in taxes! Also, it's very difficult when using a laptop!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Worst year ever with Turbo Tax! I've been using turbo tax for 6 years. This time was the worst experience ever! It was slow, kept getting pop-up's (Opps--we hit a snag) I'll be seeing spinning blue dots in my sleep!

I'm not sure I'm handling my finances to maximize my deductions and credits, but I don't have the time to consult with a professional advisor, such as a CPA. So I can get this done in an afternoon with Turbo Tax.
