I love the convenience of it however there is one issue that has been pretty consistent throughout all the years, the definitions and terms need to have more of a layman approach. The change that I would add to this year and last is the price. It is getting increasingly more expensive which is starting to have me look at other providers which I may very well do next year going forward if that is not revalued.
