Rated 1 out of 5 by from Nothing but a scheme for money Terrible. Said it was free for simple returns. Mine was simple. They created a "discount" that saved me next to nothing and made my return complicated (no longer a simple return) and was unable to remove said "discount". Then I lost my w-2's and was forced to file with them, which is my fault I understand, but I felt scammed.
