I had contacted her to initiate the process on a Friday at 5:00P and she guided me through the entire process that evening. She wanted to have another associate review the returns before filing on Monday. They were able to find a bit more of a return than we were expecting. She also helped retrieve a turbo tax service code that saved me some extra cash Thank you Shannon

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax-----aka Taxes Made EASY Been using TurboTax for several years and has never led me astray. Importing of data from my broker is SUPER EFFICIENT. Package walks one thru the entire process effortlessly. Can't even imagine going back to my former accountant where I was paying in excess of $1000 and waiting weeks to have my taxes done.
