Rated 5 out of 5 by from Use it Annualy I have used Turbo Tax Annually for many years, approximately 6 years. It is easy to use, I have had no issues with my filings. The program is easy to use, and I like the guidance when entering information. I plan to use it again for next year's tax return.

The only place I had a problem was finding the number from last years return that I had to include with this return for IRS identification purposes. TT did not include form 8879 to show how to locate that number. Live chat was a little frustrating, but i eventually got the questions answered.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is mostly fine I somehow ended up paying for a premium version that I didn't want, but there was no way to go back and change it. I may have accidentally hit the wrong button, but not sure.
