Rated 1 out of 5 by from Costs a lot of money Not only do I have to pay $120 for access to complete my taxes, I have to pay $60 to file in my state as well through turbo tax even though my state filing is free. $180 to spend hours on it while I could pay someone $220 through a different company to do it for me. Will not make that mistake again.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy Interface was simple and understandable. I didn't have a complicated tax return so that probably made it easier. TurboTax was able to import my W2s through intuit. I am confident that my taxes were done correctly. I was able to pay for the service with my refund. Very pleased!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Please let me downgrade from premium Once you get to a point, TurboTax pushes you to upgrade. Sometimes it won't let you decline the upgrade. I don't always want to upgrade, I may need to change something from a previous year which would allow me to use a less expensive version, but I am locked in. Also, there is no explanation of what they are asking in many instances in the higher packages. I may have had the information last year, but it does not apply this year.
