Rated 1 out of 5 by from I do not like TurboTax I got the deluxe version because it told me i needed to since i had a 1099-nec. Fine I guess… but then i get to my state taxes and now it says I need to pay and ADDITIONAL $59…. I didn’t realize state tax wouldn’t be included?? Like who would right? Then when i go to pay for the turbtax fees, it tells me there is a processing fee of $39 to take it from my refund. It does not specify any processing fee for credit/debit card payments… i wanted to be sure if there was a fee for credit/debit card payments, so i went to the help assistant and asked if there was a processing fee for credit/debit card payments and literally there was NOTHING to tell me if there was one or not…. I just feel like this website is misleading on purpose, so they can make more money off of people.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from very disappointed with Turbo tax I have been using turbo tax for years never had any issues till now. I e-filed as usual for me and the federal and state rejected returns due to AGI being wrong. wasn't wrong checked with IRS website. tried multi times no go. not happy. paid on credit card for efile stopping payment lucky for me I did it early this year. snail mail time
