Rated 4 out of 5 by from TurboTax - Better than H&R but could improve Great service with good explanations but I did not like the constant attempt at up-selling. I especially did not like that they tried to FORCE you to pay prior to filing, and then snuck in a credit card fee. I opted to pay via check but have every intention of paying via card on the federal and state websites. The way TurboTax dealt with this felt disingenuous and sneaky.
