Rated 3 out of 5 by from Love Turbo Tax however customer support is minimal I love using Turbo Tax and have been for over 25 years. Customer support is poor. Chat and other forms take a lot of time to find what you need if you can. Searching and searching found a phone number to call but was unable to get through. Frustrating, invest in person-to-person calls.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbotax is what I use for everyone I use Turbo-Tax probably 4 times every year, I do my close families taxes for them and as long as you know how to bypass the relentless thirty requests to "upgrade your experience", It is a very usable and simple to use software

Sara was knowledgeable, extremely helpful and a joy to interact with throughout the process. I am now more knowledgeable about my filings than ever before. Thank you !!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbotax is Convient I use it for my grandparents. I wish that they would stop broadcasting that it is free to file. My grandfather is the only person that works in their household and he has a W2, but yet we still get charged over $100 for filing fees plus a fee to process the direct deposit. The fees are unbearable, but at least they get something right?
