Rated 5 out of 5 by from a challenge but worth it The learning curve is steep, just trying to do taxes yourself as well as learning TT but once you get it, it's great. As in anything, the helpers vary in their abilities so just hope you get someone on the phone who can help solve your problem and if you don't try someone else.

And I got instant attention when I needed it. I appreciate our charming and funny expert as well. She taught me new aspects of my taxes too. Thank you TurboTax for a seamless experience!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbotax is so easy! this was an overall great experience, i love how they make it a goal to get it done fast but is also extremely thorough and explain everything in a simple form. easy for us who are new at it to fully understand what money is going where and why it all makes sense.
