Rated 3 out of 5 by from Get you thru it Software is great. Customer support not so much. Took several calls to get an answer to one of my main questions. The other was answered by a friend (how to print the filled-in IRS forms BEFORE actually filing the return). Wasted a lot of my time.

The process is simple, especially when one considers the complexity of the tax code and the hundreds of elements that go into preparation and filing. The program did crash once - destroying 2 hours of work. Otherwise, it's been great
