He kept working at finding a solution to two problems that had plagued me for so long that I had almost given up hope on doing my taxes on my own. It was a great experience and I would trust him and Turbo Tax again!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Costs too much! Entry of data is easy, and program is a little slow but good. But it always makes me upgrade, and it charges for everything I do?! This year the cost was over half my refund, and state was 10x's my refund. Ridiculous. I'll be purchasing it from Sam's Club next year, and doing my own state taxes.
