Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax Made Tax Prep Easy I really liked using TurboTax. This is the first time I have ever prepared my own taxes. Turbo Tax saved me money, but it should have been even cheaper. I was referred to TurboTax via an email link but Turbo Tax did not recognize the referral, so the person referring me did not got his $25 and I didn't get the promised 20%. There was no phone number to call and speak to a customer service rep to discuss the matter. Pretty CHEESY!!!

I was very nervous filing because I had social security and 401K income to report. I greatly appreciated the calm and very patient attitude. In previous years I had used a CPA but am glad I continued with turbo tax again this year.
