Had I not manually verified the charges, I would not have noticed it. I am extremely disappointed to find that you charged a hidden fee for paying your services with my tax returns. Had I not manually verified the charges, I would not have noticed it. Engaging in such dark patterns reflects poorly on your business and damages the trust of your customers. As a service provider who handles private user information, transparency and honesty are crucial to maintain our trust. Please refrain from such practices in the future.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from turbo tax are trying to get your money they never mentioned it would cost money to use my refund to pay for my taxes. they charged me 39 without making me aware. the only reason i noticed is because the numbers were off in one small section. they charged me for every single thing i did and a large amount for a short non functional website. i was filing with my friend and both ours glitched as we were doing it. my refund numbers changed despite not making any changes. then i couldn't go back to the original. it is an infuriating website. estimated time said 28 it took almost 3 hours. i hate this website and will not use again.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Has become overpriced with constant upselling I have been using Turbo Tax for well over a decade and I can safely say this will be my last time. The price has risen consistently and simple items like capitol gains now cost an extra $60+. Aside from that, you need to constantly be careful what you click or you are roped into more services. It is bad enough they upcharge you right off the bat, but it seems every third screen is another chance to upsell you. Highly disappointed and they have lost a customer.
