Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax Review Turbo Tax was helpful and worthwhile tool for doing our taxes. The only complaint I have is that even though I marked that we have an IRS Protection Pin, I was never prompted or taken to the IRS Protection Pin entry place. This meant our E Filing was rejected and we had to go back in, find the spot and enter and re-file.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Ok after a slight glitch. Mine was rejected because it needed my wife’s AGI. I got help wit Derryl and resubmitted and it seems to have filed ok.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I am so glad I switched to Turbo Tax I've used another famous service for years and was utterly frustrated with its cumbersome and unintuitive interface. It took 2 - 3 times longer to prepare my return than it took with Turbo Tax this year. Make the switch as I did and simplify your tax preparation life.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from turbo tax makes it pretty easy to understand. Overall was a good experiance. However the first time I asked for a call back (Feb 3) I never received a call back in a month. But today I got called back in about 2 minutes from Doug. He was awesome. Found the form I needed and walked me through the whole process and was quite knowledgable. Thank you Doug! You took the stress off.
