He as very kind, patient, respectful, professional and a pleasure to have him assist me. I was able to assist me with my computer and known I have a better understanding of how my computer works based on his instructions. I think he is the best!!!!!!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is good but they overcharge. The process of filing is easy and great but they get you when they say only $59. It's deceitful because it is really $59 for each state and federal and then if you choose to pay with your refund it is an additional $30. That is outrageous.
