IF YOU NEED ASSISTANCE TURBO TAX HAVE LIVE TAX EXPERTS TO ASSIST. I WAS ABLE TO GET ASSISTANCE WITHIN 5 MINUTES. I RECEIVED A CALL BACK AND TURBO TAX LIVE WALKED ME THROUGH STEPT BY STEP TO HELP ME FINISH MY TAXES. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND TURBO TAX TO ALL MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from It Works They try to sell you a higher version than you need. They won't import financial data without first creating an Intuit account. There is absolutely no need to do this, just more risk of data being stolen. The interview process sucks, makes you enter a lot of stuff that was not required, it should ask if you want to skip something you know does not apply to you.
