Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is GREAT! I have used Turbo Tax for the past three or so years. It's makes filing your taxes - almost - fun. It's very easy to use and walks you through - step-by-step - what you need to do to file your taxes. I highly recommend it!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from You're going to want to read this!! For many years I've simply used Turbo Tax for my return with no issues. The first year I was married, my wife chose to try a local Tax Company, H&R Blockheads... I've never owed in my life until that year. Needless to say, I'm now back with T.T. and they do a fantastic job at explaining step by step, the process and what everything means. Do not hesitate to click on the question marks as you proceed through. This will ensure you know what your doing. Thank you T.T.!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax exceeded my expectations Outstanding service from your Live Expert, Denise (in Northern California), along with Tracy, who was doing additional research. Denise was friendly, calm, effective and efficient in solving an issue with TurboTax that I had spent much time trying to resolve myself. Knowing that you have people like Denise is a big reason that I will return to TurboTax as a customer next year.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Almost Perfect I have used Turbo tax for several years and I find it pretty easy to use and get the answers to my questions. The only reason that I gave it 4 stars is that occasionally you have to review a section and when you do a lot of the times the 'button' answers you previously entered have disappeared. Maybe it's a safety check but it is very annoying to have to answer questions over and over again.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Overall Very Positive Been using for years. Happy overall. Don't like it when it asks me if I had any carryover when you processed last 15 years of returns. You should know the answer. It makes me think I am missing something.
